Order & Shipping Process
- Orders can be placed directly through our website.
- Each package is processed within 3 business days (Mon–Fri) after strict quality checks & secure packing.
- We use only trusted courier partners FedEx & DHL for delivery.
Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping cost: â‚ą3000 per kg.
- 1 kg usually includes 7–10 jewelry pieces (depending on design & weight).
- If your package exceeds 1 kg, we will share the courier invoice copy. The balance amount must be paid by the customer.
Additional Service
- If requested, we can share a complete video of your package before shipping via WhatsApp.
- Please mention this request in the Customer Note section while placing your order.
