- Check our Instagram reels and stories for product pictures and hand videos in natural sunlight — no edits or filters.
- We recommend that all customers ensure they are fully informed and confident before checkout.
Order Process & Quality Assurance
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, an Order ID and invoice will be emailed. Kindly check inbox or spam.
- Double Quality Check & Dispatch: Every piece is inspected before packing. Back ropes/chains (if applicable) are attached.
What Is Not Considered as Damage
- Detached stones/pearls inside packet (replacement sent next order)
- Minor metal filling over stones due to handcrafted finishing
- Layer tangling in layered pearl jewellery
- Bent earring stems (intentionally flexible)
- Colour variation of 5–10% due to screen/device differences
We Do NOT Accept Returns for the Following Reasons
- Product doesn’t suit you / changed mind
- Ordered for someone else and they didn’t like it
- Order placed by mistake / someone ordered on your behalf
- Bangle size/motif width doesn’t fit
- Delays in delivery / product not received before occasion
- Damage while wearing or trying after delivery
We ACCEPT Returns Only For:
• Logistic/Transit Damages
Return Request Process
In case of damage due to logistics, please follow the steps below within 24 hours of delivery:
- Report the issue on WhatsApp with:
- Name
- Order ID
- 360° Unboxing Video (compulsory – no cuts/editing. Repacked items will not be accepted)
Issues reported after 24 hours or without unboxing video will not be accepted.
Approved Return Instructions
- Return within 48 hours of delivery.
- Use India Post, ST Courier, Franch Express, or DTDC.
- ₹80 shipping cost reimbursed.
- Return address will be shared by our team.
- Forward tracking number on WhatsApp once dispatched.
Refunds / Replacements
- Once product is received and inspected, status will be shared on WhatsApp.
- Replacement shipped at no additional cost.
- Refund (if applicable) processed for product price only.
All refund/replacement decisions are made at the sole discretion of the company based on the case.
